Jeffery King has been apart of Northwestern Mutual since 1994. He earned his B.S. in General Studies from Louisiana State University in 1994.

Before Jeff King decided to become a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual, he served in the Army National Guard for six years. As a Sergeant, Jeff assisted in enacting the federal and state missions of the United States. Those functions ranged from limited actions during non-emergency situations to full scale enforcement of Martial law when local law enforcement officials could no longer maintain civil control.

Currently, Jeff King operates as the Life Specialist for Northwestern Mutual of Louisiana. He establishes relationships with clients to identify their definitions of financial security and then focuses on solutions that can help make those financial goals a reality. By keeping in touch with them, he can determine whether their needs have changed and keep them aware of the resources available to them. Overall, he helps find the right solutions for personal, family or business needs.

In 2001 and 2002, Jeffery King served as a Program Chairman for the Baton Rouge Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Jeff was also named Court of Table in 2008; this elite group has fewer than 5,000 Northwestern Mutual members nationwide.

In addition, Jeff was a recepient of the Fourm Life Impact Award in 2010. The objective of The Northwestern Mutual Forum is to motivate financial representatives to reach the highest level of productivity and excellence.

Jeffery King has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) certification.

The CLU designation is the undisputed professional credential for persons involved in the protection, accumulation, preservation and distribution of the economic values of human life. For Financial Advisors such as John Battaglia, as well as field managers and others involved in providing life insurance products to the public, the CLU designation is the common bond for continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.

Jeffery is a 2010 qualifying/life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). MDRT is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Jeffery King has qualified for Million Dollar Round table every year since 1998.
